Why I can't see skitch images (png format) on my iphone or ipad?

Hi,

I do share by email skitch images from my ipad 2 to my iphone 4, and I can't open and see the files. Files are on png format. How do I fix it?

Which sharing method are you using to share the images between devices?  (and you should be able to open them, Skitch opens Jpegs and png files)

I use the "share" and then "mail" option within Skitch on my ipad 2.

Email mails a rich JPEG, which can be edited. 

 

However, the device is using gmail you only the option to save to photos or google drive.  The client doesn't give the option to open directly into Skitch.  Neither the regular email client, unfortunately this is a limitation of the client.  You can save to photos and then open in Skitch

I have just seen that "message has been downloaded as plain text" and I have to click on "download full email" and now is ok.

hmm -- i can't see PNG images on my adroid Evernote app. 

 

i used Jing to create a screenshot and copied the image into a note. 

 

the image is displayed properly on EverNote for Mac, but is not displayed on my android app.
