Downloading

I am having a problem.  Yesterday, I tried to download the new beta version of Evernote.  The download did not work.  Today, there was another download but that also did not occur.  What is going on?

That's a good question. We need more information. Are you using a mac or a windows machine? How were you attempting to download it? from a link, or using the update mechanism within the application?

I am using a Mac.  I tried to download it on my iPad last night but was not successful.  Right now, I am trying to sync my laptop but there is a download attempting (unsuccessfully).

Also, the download is a zip.file as opposed to a dmg.  I don't know if that is the problem.

Also, I believe that I was trying to download it from your Facebook page.

I don't know why you would do this since this is not intended to function on the iPad. 

What do you mean "trying to sync my laptop"? Sync what aspect of your laptop? And what is attempting a download?

Shouldn't be a problem, just extract the .zip file.
