Finding the usage meter

I have just transferred from Spring Pad and need some help.  I've tried every way I can to find out where the quota usage is indicated on either my pc at home or my Kindle Fire.  I cannot locate the information on the pc or tablet.  Please show me either 1) instructions online for using Evernote that show me where or 2) give me specific information via the forum about where to find quota usage.  If this seems like a stupid question, I apologize but I can't find the info.  All of the references I've found indicate that when I look at the meter...  Problem is I can't find the meter.

On the app version I press the elephant, then my name, and under that you will have your sync status, percent used etc.

Or at least that does it in my version anyway

On the Windows version there is a small icon on the toolbar that is the usage meter. If it is not there, in the menu click Tools/customise toolbar ... then drag & drop the icon to your toolbar; That's it, simple.
