organizing notebooks within a stack?

Is there a way to have a certain notebook pop to the top (or the bottom) of a stack on the left panel / part of the screen?

 

When I click on notebooks and have the notebooks show up on the right part of the screen you can organize them within a stack by alphabet & . & ! and the like....so they show up in a different order on the left and on the right side of the screens. (It does sound 'un-Evernote' to complain about a visualization issue when the big edge Evernote has is that it has no visualization structure that freezes the adaptability ... still)

I just set numbers at the beginning of nb (or stacks) to order them.
