What my problem is is that on my ipad,, I have opened up an attachment, but I can't seem to shut it. I hit the close button, and nothing happens....Has anyone else had this issue? How did you fix it. Sentinel 195 Posted May 22, 2014 Share Posted May 22, 2014 Are you talking about opening an attachment out of a note in EN, and it not closing?If so, the EN app may be getting (lack of better terms) hung up. I would try uninstalling and reinstalling the app and see if that fixes the issue.Have you tried that yet? Link to comment
thegurio1 2 Posted May 22, 2014 Author Share Posted May 22, 2014 That's exactly what's happened... It's happened before, but I usually fix it by importing something in to it, but this time it seems to have stuck...I didn't want to delete, but it looks like I may well have no choice. Link to comment
