shimra 14 Posted July 31, 2009 Share Posted July 31, 2009 So, is this the same sort of OCR the rest of Evernote uses, where it takes multiple guesses as to what words are in images, or is this the sort of OCR where it chooses one and only one match for each word and you can copy and paste the results? engberg 89 Posted August 1, 2009 Share Posted August 1, 2009 It's more like the latter, since it's more tuned for documents coming out of a scanner rather than blurry pictures from a camera phone. You should be able to open the "alternate" PDF from your desktop (right-click on the PDF from either client to see this option), and then you can copy and paste the OCR'ed text out and into another app, for example.
