dbarak 10 Posted April 30, 2014 Share Posted April 30, 2014 Okay, I just found out that if you submit a tech support request, and you later send an update with more information... ...your support request gets pushed back in the cue. Brilliant!!! You could potentially never get a reply, especially if you keep asking "where's my reply?" DO NOT EVER try to help by providing more information later on. It's truly one of those cases where trying to help is counterproductive. I christen thee... "Nevernote!" And to think just a week ago I was in love with the company. Link to comment
