How can I move those files to my new Evernote account "*.charter.net"Yes, if you don't have access to the email and don't remember the password, you need to submit a support ticket. IIRC, you will also need to be able to provide some information about the notes in the account, in order to confirm the account is really yours. You're probably going to have to have a fairly intimate conversation with support so they can verify the account is truly yours. I'm sure you can appreciate that. In the future, of course, it's good to keep your email address current for accounts that are important to you. It's even more important to keep track of your passwords in a password manager.
