Add author option to toolbar?

Hi

 

Is there any way to have the author of a note appear on either the main toolbar or the not toolbar? The old evernote used to have the author present which i found very handy as we use evernote at work as a log book for an instrument (multiple authors). 

I actually bought the premium evernote thinking you had the option to add it back in but it looks like you can only add in "users" to the toolbar.

Which Evernote client are you referring to (Window, Mac, etc.??)

Regarding the Windows client, the "Users" item that you can add to the main toolbar refers to Evernote accounts that can use the client. You can get to the note author via the Info button on the note toolbar (if it's configured to be there); aside from that, about the only thing that you could do is to use the List View and add the Author column to the row header.
