Colorado! 0 Posted February 4, 2014 Share Posted February 4, 2014 Is their a setting in Evernote that would alert me if I'm adding a duplicate file, i.e. how iPhoto does when I try to add a duplicate photo? If not I think this would be a great added function for premium users. Link to comment

A photo app only has to look for an identical file in the next batch of photos. Your Evernote note might contain lots more than an attached file, and it would take some time to search a database of all attachments... Having said which this is like the 'related notes' feature which finds similar notes - so maybe sometime. Link to comment
