Syncronising between Evernote for Desktop and Evernote for iPad

I have Evernote on both my iPad and my laptop (PC). There are a couple of notes on the Evernote for my iPad that are not showing on the Evernote for PC.

 

What do I need to need to do to fix this issue?

This thread explains how syncing works. Have you synced the notes UP from the iPad & then DOWN to the PC?
