harrihnz 0
Hi all, I'm experimenting with using evernote as a freeform job tracking system in a small engineering company. To this end I need to record hand written notes, job sheets , photograph setups, and track the location of relevant cad and cam files. It is this last that I have not found out how to do. What I would like to achieve, is that whenever certain types of files are saved to a given folder, a note is automatically generated and placed in a notebook. I'm guessing some kind of script is probably necessary. This could be done in conjunction with dropbox or autodesk 360 cloud service if that might make this easier. Any suggestions or ideas cheerfully appreciated Harry Link to comment
Level 5* jefito 5,598 Posted January 20, 2014 Level 5* Share Posted January 20, 2014 This is the Windows client? You need to look into Evernote's import folders. These are folders on your hard drive that you can designate to automatically pull whatever you put in them into an Evernote notebook.
