KimSR 1
I have recently started using Evernote and have installed the plug-in for Firefox. It tried to do an update to version 3.0.0.126, but I am getting the following error message:"Firefox could not install the file athttp://www.evernote.com/about/download/ ... MozClipperbecause: Invalid file hash (possible download corruption)-261"I got the same message a couple of days ago, but hoped it would be transient, but it doesn't look like it.I use a lot of other Firefox plug-ins and they are updating with no issues. Can anyone tell me if/when this will be resolved? Link to comment
engberg 89
I'd recommend uninstalling that add-on, and reinstalling directly from the Firefox site:https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/8381The auto-update should be hitting that site instead of Evernote's, but I believe we may have misconfigured it at one point in the past. Thanks Link to comment
closeparen 0
I've had the same problem with the Thunderbird plugin (but not Firefox) for the past two updates. I updated manually without problems, but obviously the automatic update should work. Link to comment
omarius 0
I'm having the same issue, and using the one on the firefox site. I'm using Firefox 3.6.3. Message: "Firefox could not install the file at https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefo ... ddondetail because: Invalid file hash (possible download corruption) -261" Link to comment
