I am trying to uninstall the appstore version of Evernote and install the web download version but I'm running into a brick wall. I moved the evernote.app into the trashbin and then installed the web download version. When I sign in to the new app it keeps telling me it detects an appstore version and wants to copy all my data. I kill the process before it can do that. I've tried reboots with no effect.
How do I fully delete the appstore version or am I forever stuck with it?
