dvdmon 0 Posted May 7, 2009 Share Posted May 7, 2009 So, one big feature on my wish list for EN would be collaborative notebooks, or even just more granular security so that you could give permission to a notebook to select people. Until then, though, it looks like I might be able to do this by just making a notebook public but not publishing the url, is that true? I tried this and then went to the root url for my public notebooks (http://www.evernote.com/pub/dvdmon/) and it did not list my current public notebook. Am I right in assuming that if I name something with a non-obvious word and or add a few numbers or other special characters to the identifier name, then this could be sufficient security to prevent unintended recipients from seeing stuff? Trust me, I don't plan on putting really sensative stuff like credit card numbers or things like this in their, but simply things that might be more personal to share with family or friends...
