Hi all,

We're working on fixing the sign-in issues that some Windows users are experiencing. As of right now we are unable to reproduce this issue so we're reaching out to affected users for some much appreciated help.

If you have trouble signing and get redirected back to the login page or it simply will not log you in please PM (private message) me all or as much as you can of the following:

1. Export the log from chrome-extension://pioclpoplcdbaefihamjohnefbikjilc/logs.html
2. Try starting the Clipper on google.com and get the logs on that page by pressing Ctrl + Shift + J
3. Get another set of logs by going to chrome://extensions, then click on the the checkbox that says "Developer Mode", then click on the link that says "background.html" for the Clipper. Then click on "Console" and get what's shown there.
4. Go to chrome://settings/content and take screenshots of everything in that scrollable area.
5. Browser version number.
6. A list of other extensions you have installed.

I know this is a lot to ask, but if we get a few responses we are confident in a speedy fix for this.

@James - we 're aware of more sites not being clippable in the new version. We're working on reducing that error in the 6.1 beta version. If you have a few minutes to try it and see if it's improving for you that would be great.

I have been not amused by the new version (as many here) and tried the beta (https://www.evernote.com/shard/s12/sh/8b40f83f-3bc7-47b7-a572-f266d9bffc8e/f88eb36fcfd3f8b2ea41cf03fafacc14).

Clipping is possible again on most of the websides I use. Thanks!

If you have trouble installing the extension, try a reboot after step 1.
