Alan Houser 6
Hello. I have a premium/business account. I added a business folder months ago, and when setting it up and adding"myself" as one who can access the folder, for some reason I cannot change the settings on the folder. I cannot add new content to the folder, or even find a way to edit these settings. Link to comment

Alan Houser 6
Hi Alan, What platform and version are you using? Can you explain how you are trying to change the settings? Best regards Chris Thanks Chris. I'm on Mac OsX, Evernote Version 5.2.1 (401574). I may have changed my email address at some point within the course of using Business. This comes to mind, because it looks like I'm sharing it with myself. I have other folders like this as well. (screenshots:) I also have limited options on all notes within the folder Link to comment
C6REW 416
Hi Alan, Sorry for the delay in responding, I have been away for a long weekend. Yes, I see the problem and had a quick look at my iMac to confirm that I cannot see that problem anywhere with my own Notebooks, but obviously it is there on Notebooks I share from others. In the past when we have seen this sort of problem it is often down to logging into your Evernote in different ways. Not saying this is the problem, but might be worth double checking. Have you looked at the 'Business Library' to see if you are indeed the owner of the Notebook? I assume you have probably re booted the software and computer as well. If it still persists it might be worth raising a ticket. Best regards Chris Link to comment
Alan Houser 6
I found it. In my Admin console I had to reset permissions by sharing with myself, and "allowing folder modification/sharing". Thanks Link to comment
