Would it be possible to add user names to business billings? As we add users, I get $10 billings that just have info like order number 293874123470 which is not helpful. We have users in different departments, so each department gets billed for its users.
I'd even like to add a GL code to our user name so when the invoice comes out, it is ready to print and send to the AP department. A lot of companies (phone companies, couriers, etc.) allow you to add billing codes to purchases so invoices are precoded.
