digideth 1
With windows xp, Firefox 19.0.2 and the most recent Clipper "Uploading Unsaved Clips" will not go away. I have uninstalled and installed the add-on. How do I fix this problems? Link to comment
Shelle 0
I'm having the same issue. Very annoying and I can't see the unsaved posts so I don't know if I need to go back and try again or if I'm just stuck in nana web land. Link to comment
digideth 1
Well we are over a week now since I started this thread... and no response. I am now annoyed enought by looking at the stupid "1" on the evernote icon I am deleting the clipper add-on. Guess the bookmarklet will have to do the job. Link to comment
Shelle 0
I found an answer but I am waiting for things to resolve to see if it works. On another thread it was usggested that instead of web clipping - clip to the desktop. Apparently with the hack they had the clipper is having some issues clipping to the website. The site is also having issues tonight and being updated to make things more fun. Link to comment

There needs to be away to reset the add-on and that would solve this stupid problem. Link to comment

DougR 0
I've currently got a '5' ... every time I clip something new, the five old clippings get copied too. Neither switching to desktop or removing/reinstalling the add-on helped. Link to comment
bwalston 2
Hey all, I had the same problem with the "uploading saved clips" counter...I found a solution in this thread: http://discussion.evernote.com/topic/23027-uploading-unsaved-clips/ It was post #7 by damien that provided the answer. All the files in the evernote clips folder need to be deleted. You will lose any clips that aren't saved in evernote, but I just wanted to get rid of that annoying counter... Hope this helps... So use Cmd-Shift-GDelete the directory "evernoteclips"Delete the file "evernote_webclipper.sqlite" Thanks - this worked for me: and I was also able to check which webpages I'd been trying to clip: before I deleted 'evernoteclips' as per your instructions above, I opened it - there were five files there with long names consisting of letters and numbers. (My 'unsaved clips' icon had '5' on it). I opened each of these five files and was able to find the website address of the pages I was trying to clip when this problem arose. Happy days!
