When your phone is synced, any changes to the notes on your phone will automatically be updated to the desktop (and vice-versa) as long as both are connected to the network. The web version of your notes will also be updated. The sync runs 'phone-server, server-desktop. Link to comment

If you're talking about the EN iPhone app, Gaz is correct. Link to comment
