(Archived) Evernote Sync Issues for 1 User in Business Environment

We have 1 user in our environment who is getting "Skipping note "title" in an unsynced notebook "title"

His user settings match the rest of our 6 person team and each of us are syncing correctly.

Any other users experiencing this problem?

He has "modify" rights to the notebook as well.

Support has said this is a "bug" and it will be put to the QA team lead she will then decide when to address this. Really?

I am guessing that your user, moved this 'Note' from a 'Personal Notebook' to a 'Business Notebook'.

If this is the case, tell them to move it back to the original notebook then sync.

Once the sync has completed 'right click' on the 'Note', go 'Copy Note', then choose the 'Business Notebook' they want it to go to. Once they have carried out a sync and if it all seems fine, then delete the original note in the personal Notebook.

It is always worth checking on the web as this is the quickest way to see if the 'Note' has moved to the correct location.

The skipping notes should be fixed with the last update that was released for the Windows client (Version 4.6.1.7860).

If you are still seeing this message after upgrading, I would recommend putting in a support ticket.
