Hey guys!

This is my first post and I'm just starting to get the hang of Evernote.

I was experimenting with how Evernote recognizes and transcribes words in one of my handwritten notes, and since I write in cursive, I was pleasantly surprised with what little I got.

My question to you is:

Is there a way to see what Evernote recognizes as words and what it recognizes them as?

If the document is saved to Evernote as a .pdf document, you can right click and choose "Save searchable PDF". Although, I am not sure it's an accurate representation of matches you'll actually find if you search in Evernote. Might just give you mumbo jumbo.

There's not a similar option for .jpg scans.

thanks, so there's no way to do that for snapshots

how do you save as a pdf?

I don't think they use the same OCR system for PDFs. So the results may not be the same as JPGs.
