(Archived) Would be valuable to know where a note is referenced in other notes

I complete rely on note linking and have found that I'd often like to know what related notes are out there where I have left a link back to my current note. This could be a 'properties' feature on a note (related notes).

Yes.  I'm surprised this feature isn't already in evernote.  It would certainly help.

I sometimes end up with dead links after deleting or merging a note, because there is no way to know if there are other notes related to the current note

Agreed, this functionality doesn't seem to exist currently. Until it is added, you might be able to find the linking notes by searching for the title of the referenced note (between quotes). By default, Evernote uses the title of the referenced note as link text. So this might or might not work if the title is more or less unique and you changed the title or link text. Good luck!
