(Archived) HELP [Firefox]: Clipper disappeared

Been using Evernote for a few months. I really like the Clipper icon on the toolbar. About ten days ago it disappeared from my toolbar. I have reinstalled it, but it still is not showing up. I need some help in getting it back on the toolbar. Help, please.

I am using Firefox and that is the Clipper I installed.

Welcome to the forums, Pam. This sounds like an issue to file a support ticket about (support.evernote.com).

Also, I'm moving this to the Evernote for Web forum, since this is a problem with a specific client, the Firefox clipper.

Hi Pam,

Sorry about that. You need to:

1) Go to View > Toolbars > Customize

2) Locate the Web Clipper icon and drag it to the toolbar.

OK, I tried customizing the toolbar idea and the clipper icon was not a choice. Do you have another idea?

I have sent a message to support. I will give that a while for response.

Hi - this is my 1st post to your forum

I have been using EN for a relatively short time (6 weeks) & have used the web clipper however the icon has disappearred from the top rh corner of the window.

I see that is has been a problem but allegdely now fixed??

I am uisin Firefox 18.0.1, Web clipper 5.4.1 under a 64-bit Win 7 Pro PC. I have tried to uninstall the Add-on, clear down history quit & restart Firefox & reinstall Web clipper - still no icon, although I can right click on a web page & clipp that way OK
