(Archived) Evernote icon has disappeared from webpage

I'm new to Evernote and can't seem to fix this problem. The little elephant icon that I used to click to store pages in my evernote files has disappeared. Does anyone know how I can get it back? I use Safari as my web browser.

IS there any one who has had this problem? I can't save anything to my Evernote now and am feeling ripped off that I paid for this program but can't use it. I'd appreciate any suggestions :-)

my web clipper is working fine with chrome. you could switch browsers

you can copy / paste into a note.

you can email the page to your account.

If you updated Mac OSX or Safari lately then it could be that our old Safari Plug in disappeared due to changes in Safari. So we developed a Safari extension that replaces the plug in. You should be able to get it from here http://www.evernote.com/evernote/

Visit that page in Safari and click the 'Get the Web Clipper' button to install it.

Hope that solves it for you.
