(Archived) clipping with firefox problem

Hi

Every time I try to clip something it tells me I have to be signed in to EN - I am signed in into about a zillion places, this forum, evernote.com, my own page, but that message keeps coming up!

The support system is completely useless. Their automated thing tells me to go to help then activity log. If I go to help on my web page NO activity log comes up, just the page with instructions of how to contact support!!!

Worked out I have to right click on the icon. When I try the clipping I just get a beautiful black box with one of the options, with another - the clipboard one - I just get a stupid screenshot which can't be properly visualised. Hating EN more and more by the hour.

You, of course, realize that there are 4 -5 million users that use, love and clip in EverNote ?

If someone can explain how to get it to work I too will love it. Until then, absolutely.
