Level 5* Metrodon 2,184 Posted March 16, 2011 Level 5* Share Posted March 16, 2011 I (a premium user) share a notebook with another (premium) user - both using Macs.He creates a new note in the shared notebook and tries to add tags from his list - he types the tag name and presses enter and the tag deletes. In fact he can only add tags from my list.Is this the behaviour as designed or a bug? Link to comment

I seem to recall Dave E commenting on this; the reason was that Evernote did not want to allow the user of a shared document to add tags to the owner's tag collection. If memory serves... Although it would be nice if it would allow the other user's tags without adding them to my list.They are already doing a check (hence the delete) so in principle I guess they could do the check and if it's not in the owner's list just ignore it.
