While browsing through the Evernote Knowledgebase, I came across an interesting search term: recoType

recoType matches notes that contain some type of recognition information (such as an image containing text).

For example - recoType:picture will return all notes containing an image whose contents have been processed by Evernote's image recognition system.

Some of the possible searches are:

• recoType:picture
  recoType:handwritten
  recoType:speech
  recoType:printed
  recoType:unknown

i stumbled across this too, after getting help in my post :-)

also i read "recotype:picture is *mostly* obsolete." in this thread (last two postings)

which could explain that *nothing* is found, if i search for recotype:picture on all notebooks.

which makes this not very interesting for me :->
