Shortcuts stopped working completely for me

Most shortcuts stopped working. Only CMD + Enter is currently working but didn't try all of them so not sure. Tried restarting the app, the computer, etc but nothing worked so far. Had this before a couple of weeks ago but only for selected shortcuts (annoying enough). Anyone has the same issue and (hopefully) knows how to fix that?

Ok, most came back and apparently it depends on the note. So there are notes where delete, move, etc are not working though cmd+enter and everything within the note is still working.

Still delete / move not working for them, major annoyance.

If anyone cares: seems to be all notes that come with web clippings: forwarded mails, web clipper content, etc

Try the latest version from Evernote.com - 10.100.3

That sounds like it could be the "unresponsive note menu" issue. It's been solved in recent releases so I would ddefinitely go with @gazumped's advice of upgrading to the latest release (where you can exchange this bug with an exciting range of new and different bugs)
