web client billing page not working

My credit card expired and i can't update it in evernote which has deactivated my account on various devices as i'm now limited to two logins. i tried to log into the billing page on both MS Edge and Chrome. is this being fixed?

this is the message i get when clicking on billing. i am unable to update credit card details to get my account working.
