EN will not open on my Mac but opens with no problems on my iPhone.

Whenever I try to open EN on my Mac, I always get this message:

Restarting does not work ~ Troubleshooting and Quit lead me nowhere...

Please help.

Hi.  What version numbers of MacOS and Evernote do you use?  Have you tried uninstall/ power off/ power on/ re-download from Evernote.com/ reinstall?

My mac version is

mac OS Monterey 12.7.5

I cannot reach the Evernote version because the app will not open and

I am unable to find the version on my iPhone even though Evernote opens

I cannot see a way to reach info on the version.

I am afraid to delete the app and reinstall for fear of losing all of the information;

Is my fear well-grounded or is all of my data safe with the Evernote and I simply have to reconnet?

thanks for your quick reply

Hi.  If you can see all your notes on your iPhone,  then your data has been synced to the web server;  the information on your desktop is a copy of what's on the server,  and will automatically be replaced when you cab log in again.  Things may run slower for a while,  but should pick up after a few  days.
