JavedKhan 0 Posted April 22 Share Posted April 22 I performed an update on my PC and when I signed in again, the Evernote website and local app assumed I was a new customer, and I could not see any of my old notes. I submitted a ticket but only got a generic email back. Please help, these are many years of precious notes. How do I restore all of my notes? Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 11,697 Posted April 23 Level 5* Share Posted April 23 Hi. The usual cause is an incorrect login (the whole account is suddenly blank) - log out, and try again. Worst case - go to Evernote.com in a browser and use the 'forgot password' option, or contact Support Link to comment
