Tags don't highlight when selected

This is a bug report but there's no obvious way to report a bug in the Evernote MacOS app or anywhere else. The "Share Feedback" option in the Help menu just opens up the default email client on MacOS. This is very frustrating as I don't use an app for my email client and I don't want to set it up just to email feedback. There should be a separate feedback form that makes it really easy to send feedback. I get the feeling Evernote doesn't want to make it easy to give feedback otherwise there'd be a much easier to way to do that.

In any case the with the update to the new UI when I select a tag it doesn't highlight the tag, and it doesn't work for selecting multiple tags.

This is the version it started on but it still persists with the current version I'm on.
