Soapm 22
Evernote just updated on my android phone and now it says, "Not connected to internet" anytime I try to log into the app. Any idea's how to resolve this? I am definitely on the internet both with mobile data and WiFi. My browser and email work fine and I use WiFi calling which is working fine. 2 Link to comment

Soapm 22
Says version 8.13.3... I uninstalled the reinstalled so it must be the latest in the play store. Link to comment
Level 5 PinkElephant 8,738 Posted March 27 Level 5 Share Posted March 27 Syncing for all legacy versions was stopped permanently today. Your app is one of these old versions, and it is effectively bricked. You can access your notes using a desktop web browser - this won’t work on a phone, or it will be very hard to use. You need a device running at least Android 9 (or iOS 13) to be able to install the current version 10 app. Link to comment
Soapm 22
Wow, I;m really sorry to hear that. My phone is what I use the app on most, I type in things I need to remember while I'm on the go so I'll have a reminder when I get to a computer. I guess I'm going to have to make time soon to get switched over to a new app. This is absolutely a show stopper. 1 Link to comment
Level 5 PinkElephant 8,738 Posted March 27 Level 5 Share Posted March 27 Android 9 is now more than 5 years old. You can get a phone for cheap from a used shop that is running it, and able to run v10. That`s the only advise possible for v10. Link to comment
