Modified Date Issue

I rearranged my notes by moving them from one notebook to another. I didn't edit, tag or modify them in any way.
Still this somehow changed the modified date of these notes to current time.

Is there a way to change the date back to what it previously was?
Or even to match created date? Right now sorting the notes by modified date has been rendered useless.

Moving notes is regarded as updating them by v10, as tagging them. The discussion about it in the forum goes back to the initial days of v10, if you search for it.

No, this can’t be reversed. The updated field is one field in metadata, it is controlled by the app and overwritten to reflect the last change. Prior content is AFAIK not saved anywhere.
