Smart Filing gone forever??

In the distant past (years?) a web page clip could use smart filing to pick what notebook to send a clip to. A pretty good percentage of the time this was the right choice for me.

Hasn't worked for quit a while, at least in my Windows/Firefox environment. It's still shown as an option when setting which notebook clips should go to.

Gone forever?? Anyone heard anything??

We have had similar reports in the forum. My impression is as well that this function has stopped. To know for sure ask support.

As near as I can tell, support has disappeared from EN web site, other than billing.

Uhhh, ok. If its discontinued, its gone forever. If replaced, its also gone forever (thought possibly replaced with something better. No evidence of that, but any show of effort by BS/EN would be welcome.)

Rebranded? - this I don't get - smart filing was a particular capability of EN - if it was called by a new name, the function would still be there, which it isn't ....

The "service provider" is Bending Spoons - owner of EN.

Overall, I wonder if this is the first example here of an A.I. generated post, content free...

It hardly is the first example of an AI bot posting here. The mods are permanently erasing such content.
