Shareable links cannot be embedded in iframe (x-frame-options: SAMEORIGIN)

Public shareable links used to be embeddable into external websites like so:

<iframe src="{shareableLink}?embed" />

Now that is blocked with the header response:

x-frame-options: SAMEORIGIN

Is this intentional or a bug?

This will not work 😞. It's by intention.
