Charged twice for annual subscription

I hv been charged twice for the last 2 years. No answer from Evernote.  I sent email few times. Last email I submitted bills showing the above. Very disappointed as I am a member since over 10 yrs. I may withdraw my subscription if not resolved.

Hi.  If you weren't contacting Evernote via https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new you were doing it wrong.  If you did use that address you would have been given ticket numbers as a reference.  If you can quote those numbers here we can refer the matter to a forum Admin - but we're mainly other users;  no information on payments here.
