Failed sync

I am running Evernote (10.78.0 1217604) on a Pixel 6a and on a Samsung tab8 (both with up-to-date Android).

Sync status is different (all notes, sorted by latest modification). Tab8 has 2267 notes, and order is aligned with Evernote Web in Windows 10. Pixel has 2263 notes, and their order is different. Latest two notes on Tab (one is new, other is updated) do not show up in Pixel. Both devices are connected to the internet. There is no way I can get Pixel to align: tried manually asking for sync in setting; stopping and restarting app; clearing cache.

Any experience/suggestion/advice?

What is the count when you open the web client ?

If it is again the Pixel that is off, uninstall the app, dump all data when asked. Restart the phone. Install the app again, log in, and keep it open while it downloads the notes and metadata.
