An issue with clipping emails from Outlook to Evernote

Idea

Clipping an e-mail from Outlook for Mac with the add-in for Evernote results in an error

"Internal error. Try again and contact Evernote support"

My set-up

  • MacBook Pro, M2 processor, MacOS 14.3.1 (23D60)
  • Outlook for Mac, version 16.82.1
  • Evernote: 10.78.2-mac-ddl-public (20240227143346)
  • Evernote add-in: Version:1.10

So, I have been looking at the forums and I have this same issue here, but I cant help but see the other threads about authenticating or starting problems of the Outlook addon.  I have multiple users that cannot get this addon to work and we are getting the same error.  We are on Windows 11 and V2308 outlook (Semi-Annual Enterprise channel)
