Suddenly went down from PERSONAL to FREE.



I paid on 2/5/24.
I'm using it well, but since a few days ago, it suddenly dropped to FREE, which is very inconvenient.

I requested support two days ago and my ID is #3843421.

Please take quick action.

Hi.  We're mainly other users here.  I flagged your ticket number for an Admin to take a look.  You may want to make sure the payment went through from your end.  If it was to a third-party store like Apple / Google / Windows please check with them too...
