How do i OPEN a ticket to sort a billing issue!!!

At the billing page, it says click on professionals instead of teams if you only use 1 .... I only use one, but won't let me check out.... keeps saying to contact you...... i have put my details in hundreds of times.... i have even tried to pay for two for a month and still won't let me get my notes back!!

YOU is not here - here are just other users.

To sort out anything about payment & billing you need to go through support.

If you are on a Teams account (which is not the account of choice for individuals, but anyhow), you actually have 2 accounts: One is the Teams account, designed to be used by a group of users (minimum to make sense: 3). This account is controlled by an user designated as administrator. 

Every Teams user has a Personal account in addition, for his personal notes that don’t belong into the Teams account.

Maybe the notes you are missing are „on the other side“.
