You can only use it (but not for much longer) if you already have it installed. But you can’t get it if you didn’t have it installed from before it was removed. I think it will stop working at all soon. There are better handwriting options. Noteshelf is able to sync with EN, but got some mixed reviews here n the Forum. I personally use GoodNotes.
