Can't open Evernote in Windows

All I get is an error message that give me the option to quit or restart. I restart and it gives me the same message. I reinstall and get the message again. I can't get into it. This started about a week ago. I have given up and gone to the internet with it, but I want my app back. Help.

1. Quit Evernote.
2. Open Run (Win+R).
3. Type: %appdata%
4. Look for the Evernote folder.
5. Delete it.
6. Reopen Evernote and sign back in.

This will remove all local data and reset Evernote on your machine, everything will need to be redownloaded but should fix any issues.

Just started getting the same message just now. 

 

Edit: After clicking Quit and Restart 3-4 times, program started as normal.
