Mac App - Notes now show wide space before title/contents

I have been a user since 2008.  I am loyal and big fan of the product.  My only compliant is that evernote seems to randomly change things in UI often with no clear benefit.  I don't know if that is what happened here or I inadvertently changed a setting. I use evernote across several devices.  IPhone looks fine (same as before).  On my mac mini there is this big white space left to the title and text in the note.  It is the same across all notes.  It does not appear to be indentation or formatting but just big wasted space.  It is frustrating as I just want the text to all be back to left like it was before.  I am attaching a screenshot as difficult to describe and easy to understand seeing a picture of it.

Three dots at the top right of the note and there's an option under note width.

Jon --- Thank you for the quick post and solution!  Changed it from "Optimize readability" to "Fit to window" and that did it for me.  I don't recall touching this setting previously but either way, happy to be able to address it and know about that option for the future.
