tbdavies 0 Posted February 29 Share Posted February 29 I submitted a service ticket a month ago requesting a refund of sales tax because I'm at a non-profit organization. I have had no response to that ticket nor to a second ticket submitted to follow up and ask about the status of my original ticket. There's no phone support at all, and I don't seem to be eligible to chat, so how can I get help with this? Link to comment

They will get back to you, but patience is required, There are no other means of access apart from a Support ticket. However... as it's been a while, if you can post the ticket number here we can ask a Forum Admin (they're employees, we're mainly other users here) to go remind the CS team that you're still waiting...
