No response to support ticket, how can I get help?

I submitted a service ticket a month ago requesting a refund of sales tax because I'm at a non-profit organization. I have had no response to that ticket nor to a second ticket submitted to follow up and ask about the status of my original ticket. There's no phone support at all, and I don't seem to be eligible to chat, so how can I get help with this?

Hi.  Support is famously overwhelmed at the moment.  They will get back to you,  but patience is required,  There are no other means of access apart from a Support ticket.

However...  as it's been a while,  if you can post the ticket number here we can ask a Forum Admin (they're employees,  we're mainly other users here) to go remind the CS team that you're still waiting...
