How do I adjust the width of my columns?

A few days ago everything seemed to change on my EN interface. 

My tables were all askew and the font was hard to read. And the sidebar wouldn't return to black.

I've adjusted my tables and myself as much as possible.

But the outstanding problem is that I can't adjust the width of my Notebook columns.  

It matters most for the Title column. I can't read the whole title without clicking on each individual note to get a page view.

In the Tags column there is a little bar that I can adjust to see all the tags. But that's it.

Is this new restriction a deliberate policy? Or just another bug?

Hi.  What version of Evernote are you using?  And if you hover over the note title,  do you not get a pop-up with the title details?

Thank you so much. I don't know how long I'd have gone on before noticing the hover reveal.
