TCG1 5 Posted February 27 Share Posted February 27 I can access evernote on my iphone and Ipad, however my laptop has locked me out, saying "Client not supported, please upgrade" It then does not provide a way forward... what should i do? i do not wish to upgrade Link to comment

Somewhere in the menus should be a position „About …“ . There you find the version number of the client. On some clients it will show in an info window during startup of the app. Link to comment

Somehow the autoupdate didn’t work for you - the new version should be 10.77 or 10.78 already. Go to Evernote.com and download the latest installer. Install, just on top of the existing app. Open, log in, should work now. Link to comment
