Unable to arrange notes on desktop

I normally open a couple notes so they are in a separate window from the main window.  I'm unable to arrange them on my desktop now.  If I open them, they open in the same location on my desktop and I can't arrange or move them.

Hi.  Have you tried double-clicking the note title in a list,  or using the three-dots menu in the note?

Which version do you use, there was an issue in a former release.

I did try using the 3 dots, that didn't help.  I'm trying to arrange them on my monitor.  

I'm on version 10.68.3

I thought I just updated recently but guess not.  I just updated to the latest version and it was fixed. Thanks for your help.
